Where to find consultation notes, medication history, allergies, vaccinations and test results inside the app.
Airmid's Record section is a direct window into what your practice holds on SystmOne, organised into a handful of clear categories.
- 1
Open the Record tab
This is usually the main tab for browsing your medical information.
- 2
Browse by category
Look through consultation notes, medication history, vaccination records, allergies and drug sensitivities, procedure history, correspondence, and pathology or radiology reports.
- 3
Tap into an entry for detail
Individual entries expand to show the full note, result or letter, rather than just a summary line.
- 4
Use the Lab Tests Online links
Where results link out to Lab Tests Online, this gives general context on what a test measures — it's informational, not a diagnosis.
- 5
Connect Apple Health or Google Fit
Linking these lets Airmid chart your own readings — like blood pressure or weight — alongside anything your practice has recorded, so trends are easier to see.
Tips & things to watch for
- Clinical shorthand and codes can look unfamiliar — if something in your record doesn't make sense, it's a reasonable thing to raise at your next appointment or via a message.
- Some sensitive results may be held back briefly by practice policy before being released, so a delay doesn't necessarily mean something's wrong.
- Records only go back as far as your current practice's SystmOne data — older paper records from elsewhere may not appear.
Frequently asked questions
Why can't I see everything in my record?
Practices can apply some redactions — for example, third-party information about someone else contained in your notes, or very recent entries pending review. If something you'd expect to see is missing, ask your practice.
Can I see records from a previous GP practice?
Generally only if that practice also used SystmOne and your record transferred electronically. Older or non-SystmOne records may not be visible in the app.
