How to reorder repeat medication, pick your pharmacy, and use the EPS barcode to track collection.

If you're on repeat medication, Airmid lets you request your next supply without a phone call, and track it through to collection.

  1. 1

    Open Medications

This lists your current repeat items.

  2. 2

    Select what's due

Choose the items you need reordered — you can usually only request items that are actually due, to prevent over-ordering.

  3. 3

    Add a note if needed

If something's changed — a dose issue, a side effect, anything relevant — there's usually space to add a comment for the prescriber.

  4. 4

    Submit the request

Send the request through; it goes to your practice for the prescriber to review and issue.

  5. 5

    Confirm your nominated pharmacy

Check the pharmacy your prescription will be sent to is still the right one — Airmid includes an integrated map if you need to change it.

  6. 6

Track and collect with the EPS barcode

Once ready, Airmid can show an EPS barcode for the pharmacy to scan, which speeds up collection.

Tips & things to watch for

  • Order a few days before you're due to run out, not on the day — processing and dispensing both take time.
  • Some medications need a review before they can be reissued, which can add a delay, particularly for controlled or long-term monitored medicines.
  • Keep your nominated pharmacy up to date, especially if you've moved or you're travelling and want a temporary alternative.

Frequently asked questions

How do I change my nominated pharmacy?

Use the pharmacy section within Medications in Airmid, which includes a map to search for and select a new nominated pharmacy.

How will I know when it's ready to collect?

Many pharmacies notify you directly once a prescription is ready; you can also check status within the app.
