How to get the Airmid app, sign in, and set up quick access with Face ID or Touch ID.
Airmid is TPP's free patient app, built on SystmOne. It lets you view your medical record, order repeat prescriptions, book appointments, join video consultations and message your practice — all from your phone.

Order and track repeat prescriptions with EPS barcodes
Book appointments and join video consultations
Message your practice and set up proxy access for family
Airmid is a mobile app (iOS and Android) that gives patients direct access to the record their GP practice or NHS service keeps on SystmOne. Once you're signed in — with your SystmOnline details or NHS Login — you can see consultation notes, medications, allergies, vaccinations and test results, order repeat prescriptions, book available appointments, join video consultations, and message your care team directly.
Airmid also pulls in data from Apple Health or Google Fit so readings like blood pressure or weight can be tracked alongside your official record, and it supports proxy access so a parent or carer can manage care for someone else.
These guides walk through the everyday things patients use Airmid for, step by step. They're written independently for anyone who's been told by their practice to download the app and isn't sure where to start.
